Full-opening Double-panel Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
The BCSK LASER “BLSD” series features an open design and a workbench with a recyclable and interactive mechanical structure, which significantly reduces the loading and unloading time during operation, and enhances the cost-effectiveness of long-term work and production flexibility. It features multi-module production, fast processing speed, high production capacity and stable cutting accuracy. Its sturdy bed structure design and long-lasting power ensure a long service life.
The sixth-generation aviation aluminum alloy beams
The machine uses ultra-high pressure integral stretch molding combined with a lightweight design. Its frame is made by extrusion and undergoes vibration aging, followed by precision CNC machining. This design ensures long-term surface accuracy, 65% higher rigidity, 25% reduced weight, and 55% faster laser cutting.
Thickened sheet metal welded super heavy-duty workbench
The welded plate bed is a core load-bearing component of laser cutters. It is widely used in medium, large, and custom models due to its high rigidity and flexible design. Made from high-strength steel (e.g., Q345, Q235), the plate is first cut using laser or plasma, then assembled with crisscross ribs to evenly distribute force and MIG welded. Key welds undergo ultrasonic testing to prevent defects.
After welding, vibration and thermal aging relieve internal stress and prevent deformation. Finally, CNC machining polishes the guide surfaces to a precision of ≤0.02mm, ensuring stable cutting performance. This design balances strength, weight, and cost, making it ideal for heavy-load, high-demand cutting applications.
Semi-automatic workbench interaction system
Significantly Improved Efficiency: While one table is cutting, the other can handle workpiece loading and unloading simultaneously. This eliminates downtime for loading and unloading, increasing effective cutting time by over 30%.
Reduced Labor Costs: The system minimizes manual operations such as frequent cover opening and plate handling. It is compatible with automated loading and unloading mechanisms, like robotic arms, enabling low-manpower or unmanned operation of a single machine.
Guaranteed Operational Safety: Loading and unloading occur on the non-cutting table, so personnel do not need to approach the high-speed cutting area. This prevents safety risks from laser radiation and hot plates, and reduces the chance of equipment damage due to misoperation.
High-speed collimation focusing
Tailored for medium- to high-power equipment up to 30kW, this system delivers efficient, stable, and low-maintenance cutting performance through four core strengths:
Rapid Precision Focus: Achieves speeds up to 200mm/s and acceleration up to 10m/s², with 0.01mm accuracy. This minimizes idle time and ensures smoother workflows.
Broad Adaptability: The -32mm to +32mm focusing range supports thick-plate cutting and special processes, such as full-power carbon steel cutting with small nozzles.
Stable Cutting Quality: An optional built-in capacitance amplifier combined with closed-loop technology maintains steady focus, producing consistent cutting results.
Hassle-Free Maintenance: The drawer-type lens barrel allows plug-and-play maintenance in just 5 minutes, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
Collision prevention design
This system offers multiple safety and protection features:
Prevents Tool Path Interference: Automatically adjusts bevel angles during H-steel cutting to avoid collisions between the cutting head and the workpiece.
Avoids Plate Collisions: BCS100’s active function detects warped plates and protects nozzles and ceramic rings.
Simplifies Maintenance: BLT310 enables quick recovery after accidental collisions, reducing downtime.
Enables Instant Stopping: A combination of mechanical and alarm signals stops the machine immediately and allows easy reset after minor impacts.
90% Waterway Cooling Series
This series features a 90% full-body water cooling design for the optical path, which effectively controls the temperature of optical components. It prevents performance degradation caused by temperature fluctuations, ensures stable laser transmission and focusing, and improves cutting quality.
Prevents Overheating Alarms: Circulating cooling water dissipates heat generated by the nozzle and ceramic body due to thermal radiation from steel plates. This avoids overheating alarms from the cutting head’s temperature sensor, keeps the equipment running continuously, and reduces downtime.
Enhances Equipment Reliability: The water cooling system includes an IP65-rated sealed structure and an aluminum alloy anti-corrosion coating. This design prevents blockages in the cutting head’s water circuit, avoids water leaks from corrosion over long-term use, extends the service life of the cutting head, and improves overall equipment reliability.
